At Okeke, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works for orders placed on okeke.co.uk.


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

Dispatch times vary by product category:

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days

  • Furniture / large items: 3–7 business days

  • Pre-order items: Estimated delivery shown on product page

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.


2. Delivery Methods & Times

We use a combination of reliable courier partners depending on item size and weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Large or heavy items: 5–10 business days

  • Remote areas: May take additional time

Delivery times may vary during busy periods.


3. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product size and delivery location.

Some promotions may include free delivery.


4. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed:

  • Couriers may leave a calling card

  • You may need to rearrange delivery directly with the courier

If an order is returned due to repeated failed attempts, redelivery fees may apply.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or parts are missing:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos or videos of the issue

  • We will replace or resolve the issue promptly

We insure all shipments against loss or damage during transit.


6. Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver to:

  • Mainland UK

  • Some parts of Scotland & Wales

  • Selected remote areas (extra charges may apply)

We do not deliver outside the UK at this time.


7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS.
