Ordering & Products
Are your products brand new?
Yes. All products sold on our website are brand new and supplied directly from approved manufacturers or authorised UK distributors.
Do the product images accurately represent what I will receive?
Yes. All images are provided by the manufacturer or professionally photographed. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
Do your products come fully assembled?
Assembly requirements vary by product. Where assembly is required, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by product and supplier. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and confirmed after checkout.
Do you offer UK delivery?
Yes, we delivery across mainland UK. Some remote areas may incur additional delivery charges or longer lead times.
Is delivery tracked?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email where available.
Do you deliver to flats or upstairs locations?
Standard delivery is typically to the ground floor entrance. Please contact us before ordering if you require room-of-choice or special access delivery.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before despatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What is your returns policy?
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
Who pays for return delivery?
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faults & Damages
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. if there is any damage or fault, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Will I get a replacement or refund for a faulty item?
Yes. Depending on the issue, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer rights.
